Meet
Prashant Rajawat

Meeting Prashant Rajawat left me completely blown away by his sheer dedication to health and fitness, especially at such a young age. This mountaineer-turned-C-suite trainer has an incredible gift for breaking down high-performance health into steps that actually fit into a busy executive’s schedule. He is someone who truly gives it his all, and looking at his drive, he surely has a long way to go.

I wanted to bring Prashant onto the blog because he strips away the intimidating “gym-bro” stereotypes. He proves that real lifestyle change doesn’t require complex health hacks—it just takes a clear roadmap and a bit of everyday discipline.

The Pivot

From the Mountains to the Gym Floor

I don’t think there was one single, dramatic moment. It happened gradually while I was helping friends and family improve their health and fix their aches and pains. Before getting into fitness, I was heavily into mountaineering, and I quickly realized I enjoyed helping people a lot more than sitting behind a desk. Once I discovered I was genuinely good at it, I wanted to build a system that made fitness simple and convenient. That’s when I knew the gym was officially going to become my office.

The Mission

Solving the "Overwhelm" Problem

People don’t actually have a fitness problem; they have an overwhelm problem. Most people already know they need to exercise, eat better, and move more. The real challenge is having a clear plan and sticking to it. That’s exactly what Built Fit is designed to solve.
One of my clients in his late 50s told me he was finally strong enough to play sports with his son and keep up with him. That moment meant more to me than any weight-loss transformation.

The Alternative Life

Where would you be if you weren't training?

You’d probably find me on a mountain somewhere. If I’m not in the gym, I still prefer being outdoors—kayaking, traveling, or chasing the next adventure. The Success Story

The win that meant the most

The Myth Buster

What drives you crazy on social media?

The fear-mongering around protein. It’s literally one of the most thoroughly researched nutrients in the fitness world, yet social media consistently finds new ways to make people afraid of it.
One thing people always get wrong about me is they think I’m tough. My clients know I’m actually very patient.
