Anna Rodrigues
If you’ve ever been to a BNI meeting with Anna Rodrigues, you know she brings a distinct energy into the room. As the founder and owner of Golden Chariot Catering, Anna is known for her infectious chirpiness, vibrant vibe, and, of course, her mouthwatering finger foods. She has mastered the art of making an impression without needing a sit-down meal. We are featuring her because she doesn’t just cater events, she creates delicious icebreakers that get people talking, mingling, and connecting.

The First Bite
Why choose “small” to make a big impact?
Finger food lets you eat with your eyes first and experience a variety of flavors in just one or two bites. It’s beautiful, delicious, and incredibly practical!
The biggest advantage is convenience. There’s no need for heavy plates and cutlery, making it perfect for events where guests are mingling rather than sitting down. At networking events or sundowners, people usually have a drink in one hand and a canapé in the other, it just works! It keeps conversations flowing naturally without the interruption of a formal dining setup.

The Gathering
What is the “Social Konnection” that happens over food?
Food has a wonderful way of bringing people together. Our grazing tables have been the showstopper at countless events and often become an unexpected icebreaker!
We love watching guests gather around the table, sampling different bites, recommending their favorites to one another, and naturally striking up conversations. Some of the best networking happens over great food and drinks, and we’re lucky enough to witness that magic at almost every event.
The Takeaway
Anna proves that incredible catering is all about convenience, aesthetics, and incredible flavor in bite-sized packages. My promise to you is that after reading her story, you’ll look at your next event’s menu through a whole new lens, where a single bite can set the mood for the entire room.

The Kitchen Secret
What’s the “messy middle” story of a high-pressure event?
Catering teaches you to think on your feet. We always joke that our job requires a Plan B, C, D… all the way to Z!
One event that comes to mind was an outdoor corporate setup where strong winds arrived just as we were dressing the grazing table. Decorative elements started blowing away, signage wouldn’t stay upright, and guests were arriving within minutes. Our team immediately adapted, we repositioned the setup to a sheltered area, secured everything, redesigned the layout on the spot, and had it looking flawless before the first guest walked in.
Every event comes with surprises, but staying calm and working as a team ensures the show always goes on. By God’s grace, we always manage to cross the finish line with happy clients!

The Palette
How do you translate a client’s “brand” into a flavor?
We love working closely with our clients, and nothing excites us more than a themed event. It challenges us to think creatively and bring their vision to life through food.
Rather than offering a fixed catering menu, we curate bespoke menus for every client. This gives them the freedom to choose dishes that reflect their taste, event style, and budget while allowing us to create an experience that feels personal. Whether it’s a luxury product launch, an elegant wedding, or a corporate networking event, we make sure the food complements the overall vibe.

What is the “Full Circle” goal for Golden Chariot?
Our dream is to become the go-to name in Dubai for premium finger food, canapés, and unforgettable grazing tables.
We’re passionate about creating food that’s as visually impressive as it is delicious. Looking ahead, we’d also love to launch a retail range of our signature products with same-day delivery, making it easy for customers to enjoy Golden Chariot whenever they need beautiful bites for any occasion!
